We also collect standard technical information automatically when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time spent on the site. This is collected via standard web analytics and helps us improve the platform.

We use the information you provide to:
Respond to your enquiries and process your submissions
Review and publish business listings and job postings
Consider nominations for the Nigerian Aces Podcast
Send you information you have requested about TNN partnerships or investments
Improve and develop the TNN platform
Comply with our legal obligations
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We will never sell your data.

For users in the United Kingdom and European Union, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: your consent (where you have provided information voluntarily), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving TNN as a platform. By submitting content through TNN forms — including nominations, business listings, job postings or contact messages — you grant TNN a non-exclusive licence to use, publish and display that content on our platform. You confirm that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. TNN reserves the right to reject, edit or remove any submission at our discretion.
6. Business directory
The TNN Business Directory is provided as a listings service. TNN does not endorse, verify the quality of, or accept liability for any business listed on the platform. Users engage with listed businesses entirely at their own risk. TNN reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our editorial standards.
7. Third party content
TNN embeds video content from YouTube and social content from X/Twitter. This content is subject to the terms of those platforms. TNN is not responsible for third party content and does not endorse views expressed in embedded videos or social posts.
